We're on a mission to make it as easy to re-sell your clothes as it is to throw them away. Sending your clothes to us will give them a second life, lowering your fashion footprint and giving you the chance to earn credits and raise money for your favourite charity.

Our current processing time is around 6-8 weeks after receiving your bag.

Thrift+ quality standards

Everything we sell has to pass our quality assessment. Before you send in your clothes, please check that they are clean, in good condition, and are a brand we accept.

Please note that when items fail our quality tests, we will donate them to our charity partners. We cannot return these items.

STEP 4 OF 4

Our Fees

When your items sell, we charge our fees then split the remaining proceeds according to the proposition you have chosen - either 100% to your charity, 100% in Thrift+ credits, or 50/50 between your Thrift+ credits and your charity.

You'll begin to earn credit and raise funds for your chosen charity on items that sell for over £7.50.
