Here’s how it works
STEP 1
Order a donation bag
You’ll receive it shortly after with all the information you need to make the drop off as smooth and easy as possible.
STEP 2
Register your bag
Choose the percentage you would like to receive in credits and the charity you'd like to support.
STEP 3
Fill your bag
Once you have registered your bag, it’s time to fill it up with your old classics that deserve a new home.
STEP 4
Return your bag
Hand in your filled bag at a drop off location near you. You’ll be notified when your items are received and when they start selling.
What you can donate
Donate anything from your closet that deserves a new life. If your items aren't fit for resale, we will still be able to use them for charity or recycling. Before you send your items off though, please use this checklist to make sure it’s fit for resale:
- 1. The items should have no visible damages and be from a recognisable brand.
- 2. Make sure the items are clean and don’t have any stains or missing parts.
- 3. They need to have the original sizing and fitting without any alterations having been made.
